PROCEDURE

We begin with a detailed health and fitness assessment, including a questionnaire. If necessary, we collaborate with your doctor to ensure a complete understanding of your needs. Together, we identify your current situation, the challenges you want to overcome, and the goals you aim to achieve. This holistic approach considers physical, mental, and emotional aspects.

As part of the assessment, I analyse your breathing style and energetic patterns, taking any limitations into account. This helps uncover areas for improvement and creates a foundation for effective coaching.

This is followed by individual coaching sessions that are tailored to your needs and goals and can be adapted as needed. We use targeted intervention strategies in the areas of exercise and sports, nutrition and stress regulation. The sessions last about 60 minutes, with some of that time used for targeted breathing exercises.

Additional text messages support you between appointments, provide motivation and promote your progress.
